The repair was initiated in late December of 2024 on a pair of focal utopia headphones. To this day, I have yet to receive my headphones after he hastily “fixed” them and gave them back to me in December. He charged me an extra amount, delayed for 7+ months now, AND replaced the drivers of my expensive headphones without asking for something that isn’t even comparable in quality or sound signature. To add on, he wouldn’t reply to my messages whenever I asked for updates for the past few months. Made excuse after excuse about why he was delaying my repair and in the end, cost me 1000+ AED to ship them back to my country in a worst state than they initially were. Don’t bring your items here, he is a scammer.
